Choose Southern Indiana's Nursing Program offers $5,000 to Registered Nurses, LPNs, CNAs, Physical Therapists, and other similar positions hired by the Daviess Community Hospital or Springs Valley Meadows from out-of-state and moved to that respective county.

After program approval, you will receive the $5,000.00 incentive, divided into two payments of $2,500.00:
